How do I cancel an order or return an item?

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we are here to help.

To cancel an order you have placed with you must contact us by e-mail or by phone (251) 964-0002. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not shipped.

When contacting us to cancel an order please be ready to provide your name, contact information, and the order number.

Please note that if the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can return the item for a refund minus the cost of shipping.

You have 30 calendar days to return the item(s) from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused (or unopened) and in the condition you received it in.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom products are not eligible for return.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund once inspection is complete.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The time frame to receive your credit depends on your card issuer's policies.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If your item is approved for return the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
