Each instrument we receive goes through a rigorous 7 step reconditioning / sharpening process that results in a product that is finished to its original factory specifications. Best of all, our Reconditioning Service is a great way to for your laboratory to "GO GREEN"! By using permanent knives you eliminate thousands of tons of medical waste each year, as well as eliminating a large consumption of energy used to process this waste. Permanent knives also save you work. Each knife is consistent with the next, and cuts clean sections, time after time.

Directions for Using Our Service
- Put your equipment in need of service in its case or protective wrap.
- Put all the cases or wrapped equipment in a box with ample packing.
- Include e-mail address and payment information with box:
If using a PO please include PO #,"Bill To:", and "Ship To:" address
If using a credit card Please include a name and phone number of contact person for credit card info. - Secure the box and ship to us via your preferred carrier

All service work is returned via FedEx ground service. Overnight and 2nd day delivery is available upon customer request for a higher fee.
Microtome / Cryostat Repair and Preventative Maintenance
Repair and preventative maintenance prices vary because due to the different models. Whether the work is done in shop or a service call is performed; please contact us for a quote.
